Physical exercise strengthens our bodies and enhances our immune system.  It allows us to feel strong, confident, and above all, healthy.  It is not easy work, but the payoff is far worth it!  I have been personal training for twelve years and I have seen many people transform their bodies and their lives.  It truly is one of the best things you can do for yourself!

I am currently certified as a Fitness Professional through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and I have also held a certification through the National Strength Professionals Association (NSPA).  I have also been certified in kickboxing.

I am available for personal training at Quads Gym, located at 3727 N. Broadway, in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago. All clients must become members of Quads Gym or purchase a 10 visit punch card.  However, this gym offers the benefits of no long term contracts and no initiation fees.  There is also a ten visit punch card option available with no expiration date.  For more information on Quads Gym, please click on the link to their website which is located at the bottom right of the page.

Rates for personal training:

Single sessions:  $65
10 sessions:  $600
15 sessions:  $825

Single 30 minute sessions: $40
10 30 minute sessions: $375
15 30 minute sessions: $525

Partner Training

Can’t afford the above rates?  Train with a friend and split the cost.  Rates for partner training are the same as individual rates.

Outdoor Training

I am currently available for outdoor fitness training. Outdoor training takes place just outside the bike path between Belmont Harbor and the Richard J. Oglesby statue (just south of the Diversy Driving Range).
