I have worked as a Fitness Professional in Chicago for twelve years.

Coming from a background in gymnastics, I was put through rigorous exercise programs starting at a young age.

I eventually stopped pursuing my career in gymnastics, but have never stopped exercising. I am very grateful for that period of my life, because it taught me all about hard work and commitment at a young age.
In 1998, I gained two personal training certifications, one through the American Council on Exercise(ACE) and one through the National Strength Professionals Association (NSPA). I then started my personal training career at The Chicago Sweat Shop. Shortly after, I went into business for myself.
I then went on to complete my next venture, pursuing an education in massage therapy. I became a graduate of the Chicago School of Massage Therapy in September, 2004. I am nationally certified and state licensed through the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB), and I am also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).
My vision in life is to be a healer for every person I work with and to help them achieve their goals of health and fitness. We have one body in this life. My goal is to educate people on how to take care of that body so that we can live a long, healthy, and energetic lives- the lives we were meant to live!
